Payment, Privacy, Postage and Refunds
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and direct bank transfer.
RETURN POLICY
Boche offers exchanges, refunds or credit notes if: you are not satisfied with the fit of your item, or if it is defective. We do not refund if you change your mind about the design or colour of your purchase.. so please choose wisely..
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us via email within 7 days of purchase and before you send the item back. sales@bochecollection.com.au
All returns should be received by us within 14 days of the purchase date. Garments must be in mint condition with original labels attached- we will not accept the return of worn & washed items and reserve the right to deny a refund.
Items must be posted via express or registered mail, so that they can be traced. We will not refund items that get lost in the post and have no tracking details… so please record the registration number.
We do not refund postage costs under any circumstances.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.

POSTAGE & HANDLING
We post items Australia-wide via express post with tracking ID. A rate of $9 applies for all packages weighing up to 500 grams. If your parcel is too large to fit in your letter box , it will be taken to your local post office for pick-up.. so keep an eye out for a postal slip in your box!
If your parcel has not been recieved within 4 working days of postage, please contact us at sales@bochecollection.com.au with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking ID. In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting patiently for you to collect it..
International Shipping
International orders will be sent via one of the following:
Standard shipping (10- 14 working days) $20 flatrate
Express shipping (3-7 working days) $60 flatrate
All of our international parcels will be insured for 100% of their value. Therefore the total value of the order will be written on the customs declaration. Customs Tarrifs/Taxes are not included in shipping costs. Due to various countries custom procedures, Boche Collection does not assume responsibility for delays and will not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

Please be aware that some factors are beyond our control: computer picture/resolution and individual display settings may affect the display and consequently the representation of our products. All orders are subject to the availability of stock.
